Comprehensive Assessment & Individualized Treatment Planning
Every child is different, so therapy should start with a thorough evaluation by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This includes functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments (like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS), and the creation of a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals tailored to the child's needs.
Direct One-on-One Therapy
The heart of ABA. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly with the child, delivering the treatment plan through structured and naturalistic teaching methods. Sessions focus on building communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Parent & Caregiver Training
Progress doesn't stop when the session ends. Quality providers train parents and caregivers on ABA strategies so skills carry over into everyday life. This ensures consistency at home, school, and in the community, and empowers families to support their child's growth long-term.
Ongoing Supervision & Progress Monitoring
A BCBA should regularly supervise RBTs, review data, adjust treatment plans, and track progress over time. Continuous data collection and clinical oversight ensure the therapy stays effective and evolves as the child grows.

TESTIMONIALS
Families Growing With Us
Real stories from families whose children are thriving with the support of providers in the Seed and Grow ABA network. Their progress is the reason we do what we do.
Our BCBA truly understood our son from the very first session. He's communicating more clearly and having fewer meltdowns each week. We finally feel like we have a real team in our corner.
Sarah M., parent of a 5-year-old
The flexibility has been a game-changer for our busy household. Our RBT comes to the house and joins us virtually when we travel. It feels like a true partnership, not just another appointment.
David & Emily R., parents of a 4-year-old
We tried two other programs before finding the right provider here. The team actually listens and adjusts the plan when something isn't working. They celebrate every small win right alongside us.

Here for the Helpers Who Help Your Child
At Seed and Grow ABA, we work quietly in the background so the people caring for your child don't have to juggle paperwork on top of everything else. Billing, scheduling, insurance claims, all the time-consuming admin work, that's our world.
We're not the therapist. We're not in charge of the care plan. We're the support system that keeps things running smoothly.
Our job is to give independent providers room to breathe, so they can pour their attention into what truly matters: helping your child grow, learn, and thrive.

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism build essential skills like communication, social interaction, and daily routines. It also helps reduce behaviors that get in the way of learning and growth. Every plan is tailored to your child's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
In most cases, yes. ABA therapy is covered by the majority of major insurance plans in New Jersey, including Medicaid. Our team will help you verify your benefits and walk you through exactly what's covered before therapy begins, so there are no surprises.
Sessions can happen at home, daycare, school, or virtually, wherever your child feels most comfortable. The number of hours per week depends on your child's individual treatment plan, which is created by a BCBA after a thorough assessment.
